Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after credit card payment has been authorized and approved.
- Cash refund will not be entertained
- Once products are sold, they are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for damaged/inferior quality of voucher books provided they are reported to Worthy Media within 3 days upon receiving the goods.
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following conditions:
- Product is found to be damaged (cover).
- Wrong product being sent to customers.
- If the product(s) received is wrong or damaged, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 03-7972 9231 within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Our customer service will arrange to deliver the missing/damaged item(s).
- All products have to be returned in the original condition (all coupons need to be intacted) and must be accompanied with email receipt with the date of purchase and invoice number clearly printed on it for verification
- Worthy Media will not entertain return without proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your request for exchange, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. If we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping and we will make sure we send the correct items to you.
- If the value of the purchase is lesser than the amount of refunded item (higher price product than the original product), there will be no change/cash returned to the customers. Customers need to top up the remaining amount.
- Worthy Media reserves the right to make adjustments onto any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation and stock clearance.
